I have been blessed to be a part of the real estate community for 15 years. In the beginning, I worked in new construction homes, while obtaining my real estate license. I wanted to expand my knowledge of home ownership and started working with clients in resales, of course I fell in love with helping my clients with buying and selling and making their dreams come true. There is no better feeling, when you know you’ve done your best and your clients are grateful and happy with your hard work.  A few years later, the recession came along and I thought to myself…I need to step up to the situation and figure a way to help myself and others….so I decided to learn the property management side of real estate.  I enjoyed the next three years helping others obtain a place to stay while rebuilding their credit for home ownership as our economy grew.  Currently, God has blessed me once again with a new adventure of being a new team member of the “Shannon Sells Team” of SouthSide Realtors.  I am actively assisting my Investors with purchasing homes and leasing them with a great residual return, or helping my clients with buying new homes or selling their current properties, or placing tenants into a lease.
