Tim Tracy

Georgia-born Tim Tracy has been a part of Henry County for over two decades. He began his career in commercial construction and progressed to Vice President of the company. He had always had an active interest in real estate. He and his wife,  Penny, have purchased and built multiple properties for sale, rental, and personal residences. Penny works in the mortgage business and spurred Tim on to become a real estate agent. “Real estate has become a passion, and I have really enjoyed the experience of helping people find their perfect property and listing properties that no longer fit their needs.
